Leave Wodify.Bring your gym with you.
We migrate your members, plans, payment history, schedule and past WODs from Wodify for you, and you check that everything looks right before you switch. Then it’s one flat €59 a month.
We migrate. You check. Then you switch.
We’ve already moved a full gym out of Wodify this way.
- 01
Send us an API key
Get an API key from your Wodify account and send it to us (we'll show you where). We only read with it; nothing in Wodify changes.
- 02
We migrate your data
Members, plans, payments, schedule and past WODs land in your new MetconWod gym.
- 03
You check everything
Go through your members, memberships and schedule. If anything looks off, tell us and we'll fix it before you switch.
- 04
Then you switch
Once it all looks right, each member gets an email to set a password and get the app. Their membership is already there when they sign in.
€59 a month. Nothing on top.
After a free month. Unlimited members, coaches and classes. No per-booking fees, no setup fee, and the import is included. Put it next to your last Wodify invoice.
What owners ask before they switch.
Do my members have to do anything?
They set a password from the email we send and download the MetconWod app. Their membership, plan and history are already there when they sign in.
Do we have to switch straight away?
No. We migrate your data first and you check it in your own time. Your members only move over once everything looks right.
How do payments work?
MetconWod tracks memberships and payments, and emails members when a renewal is due. It doesn't charge cards: members pay at the gym and you mark the invoice paid.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. The import is included and the first month is free. After that it's €59 a month, with no contract and no setup fee.

We set it up. You coach.
Leave your details and we’ll reach out within one business day to set up your gym, bring your members across and get your athletes on the app. One month free, no credit card. Then €59/month if you keep it. Cancel anytime.
